Explanation

• Personal Security PIN:
  • This form is required as a pre-requisite before any other.
  • As this will be required for every form.
  • Unless you wish to amend this PIN.
  • The PIN must be a minimum of 6 digits, but can be more.
  • This can be alphanumeric, alpha or numeric.
  • It must be used on every occasion a form is submitted to Avar.
  • It should be such that is easy for you to use and remember.
  • Avar will authenticate the form submission with the PIN on our database.

• The purpose behind all forms:
  • is to ensure that these are automatically completed
  • with your personal and individual details for speed and easiness of use.
  • With the exception of your security PIN.
• For all forms thereafter, you would only be required to enter your security code and submit.
• We have developed a series of Forms to simplify the following:
  • Data capturing
  • Information gathering
  • Authorisation and Approval
  • Once this is completed form, ONLY then will we be able to execute the instructions.

  • by telephone
  • voicemail, available 24/7/365.
