You will receive by Telegram a semi-completed Company Formation data capture form in PDF.
A team member will telephone you to complete the remaining information required to form the Company.
Where necessary they will advise on certain sections.
Explanations will also be given as to the rationale and reasons for the work to be carried, unless you advise that it is not required by you.
You will then be sent the completed Company version in pdf.
This will be used to carry out the work, unless you advise to the contrary, by return.
The costs of the exercise will be agreed.
We will form the company and pay the Companies House registration fee.
Message will be conveyed to the majority of the exercise.
A Fee Note will be rendered for the amounts agreed.
The funds will be collected by Credit Card upon your authorisation.
The documents will be sent to you to open a Company bank Account.
All queries you have during the process will answered and dealt with.
All subsequent formalities will be completed by Avar.
Some of may take up to 2 weeks by Government Authorities to reply.
On closure of assignment you will be sent by Telegram a Certificate of Completion of the and Certificate to trade.

- is to ensure that these are automatically completed

- With the exception of your security PIN.
For all forms thereafter, you would only be required to enter your security code and submit.
