This annual statement is required to be filed with Companies House, by all Limited companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (once a year or as the circumstances may require).
In all Avar Clients’ cases, the submission is done by 14th October each year.
Avar, to minimise the cost to the Clients they represent, carry out the assignment for all clients at the same time.
On the basis there have been no changes in the past year or during the period following the last submission, not already advised to Avar, namely:
Your registered office.
Directors.
People with Significant Control (PSC).
Location of registered Directors.
Shareholder information.
Statement of Capital.
Standard Industry Classification (SIC code), of which there can be 4 codes.
Please advise Avar of changes to any of the above within 5 working days, as all filing will be carried out on 12th October.
Unless already notified to Avar.
The £13 filing fee will be paid by Avar to Companies House, on the Client’s behalf.
This will be incorporated as disbursements in line with our Engagement Terms.
