Types of Articles

  • There are numerous types of articles but all have the same approach:
    • General Articles
      • This are always informative
      • Are indented to increase Speed, easier ,efficiency and speed turnaround of work.
      • The main purpose is solely to keep the cost as low as possible to the Client.
    • Always have a facility to enable them to be read by a Sound file
    • May contain:
      • Pictures
      • Images
      • Videos
      • Links
      • FAQs
      • Interactive forms
  • Help
  • Guide
  • Types:
    • External use – Standard System and Procedure (SSAP).
    • Internal use – Standard Operating procedure (SOP).
    • They are of equal significance.
    • The internal is linked to Team Training for them to perform to Clients needs.
    • It is essential for the Clients to be familiar with these as the commerciality is based upon both carrying out their responsibilities in a timely fashion.
  • Then there is help – short articles – generally updated annually unless requested specifically or through feedback.
  • There are topical Guides.


  • This gives an overview of how we approach all articles published on our website.
  • For the past, present and future.
  • The future is very much dependent on the feedback received and requests for new articles.
  • Therefore, please feel free to give your input over the phone.
  • Where you wish for further articles to be added, please let us know.
  • The “substantive contents” of each article will be continually “populated” and “grown”.
  • The purpose of all our articles is to give “an overview” of the topic in a bullet point format.
  • Each Topic has the facility to have a “Frequently Asked Questions” section.
  • In addition, the article will contain links to previous articles to the extent there are still relevant.
  • This approach allows all articles, knowledge therein and functionality extremely powerful.
  • By nature all our articles are in the main are “Dynamic” and subject to change as necessary.

All Articles Pre-31 December 2020

  • The majority of articles were audited for quality and contents and released on 1 July 2020.
  • Due to the volume of feedback, the approach had to be changed.
  • Those articles contained buttons to request revisions and updates.
  • The footer also contained the date of the release and article update date.
  • Where there is a request made for updates on the old articles, a total re-write of the articles will take place.
  • It is recommended that a request be made for an article to be updated where:
    • The last updated date is more than thirty days from the current date or
    • Where contents are knowingly, factually out of date or incorrect.
    • Where the answers to the questions require further information, you are requested to telephone Avar for advice.

All Articles From 1 January 2021

  • They will basically be laid out into the following sections:
    • Substance and Contents
    • Frequently Asked Questions
    • Interactive Forms
    • Useful Links
  • The footer will contain the following buttons:
    • Request Update
    • Email Updates
    • New Article Request
    • Date Updated
  • Unless the article has been updated within last 12 months, then only ask for revisions if you feel the circumstances have changed due to changes in the law.
  • All articles are reviewed after each budget and the implications published within 3 months of the budget date.

News Updates

  • All updates, warnings, notices, etc is done via Telegram, on a our Broadcast Channel called “Reflections”.
  • In view of the speed of change that has been occurring, articles are not sent out via email as they become outdated very rapidly, unless requested specifically for GDPR Compliance purposes.
