What are Automated SMS Reminders? 

• These are SMS’s that have been scheduled to be sent to either single or multiple clients at the same time.

Why are they being used?

• They are designed to act as reminders to clients on occasions where action is required.
• Usually they are sent on or before key dates in the financial year, for example, before a tax filing or payment deadline.
• Avar will use them from time to time to remind clients to provide accounting and tax information.
• The aim is that the team will never have to chase clients as the entire system is automated, therefore, increasing productive time.

How do they work?

• SMS Reminders are scheduled using Avar’s bespoke software.
• They can be set to go out at any time now or in the future and can be set to repeat daily, weekly, monthly or annually.
