Introduction
- The Approach to this and all Articles is consistent with our Standard System and Procedure.
- The following article forms part of the Terms and Conditions to be used in conjunction with any other terms that are agreed outside of this document.
- At Avar we have developed a concept of Pay as You Go for those clients that do not have a need for monthly ongoing or recurring services.
- This allows clients to be on a flexible payment plan ensuring that they are not incurring costs when business, tax and accountancy services are not required.
- The same applies to IT Clients.
Is this the right plan for me?
- This plan is most suited to clients who are just setting up in business or have recently been converted from a Guest Client.
I am a Guest Client can I be on Pay As You Go?
- The Guest Client Period expires withing 10 days of signing up.
- After this period you have three options:
- Become a Fixed Fee Client (payable on a monthly basis)
- Become a Pay as You Go Client (billed at standard hourly charge out rates)
- Do not become a Client.
I have paid a Guest Client Deposit, what happens to this money?
- The deposit fee of £100 paid when becoming a Guest Client can be used to set-off future fees charged on the Pay as You Go basis
- Or returned to you if you have not become a Client after the initial Guest Client period.
How Does Pay As You Go Work?
- You tell us your requirements and we give you an indication of time and cost.
- The specification of work is agreed before any work commences.
- If the project is abortive on or after the specification stage, there will be a fixed fee of £100 plus VAT.
- The work will be charged at our hourly rates and billed on completion.
- If the project scope is over a number of weeks, we reserve the right to bill at each milestone or on an agreed interval, to be determined at the outset.
