Monthly Payroll
- Perform payroll run and updating any changes (i.e. new starter, tax code notifications, leavers, etc).
- Prepare draft monthly payroll for approval.
- Prepare final payroll for the month.
- Preform HMRC Real Time Information (RTI) reporting formalities.
- FPS – Full Payment Summary
- EPS – Employers Payment Summary
- Provide Clients with employee payslips, summaries and HMRC PAYE liabilities.
- Provide ongoing support to our clients.
Annual Payroll
- Perform payroll run and updating any changes (i.e. tax code notifications, etc).
- Prepare draft annual payroll for approval.
- Prepare final payroll for month 12.
- Preform HMRC Real Time Information (RTI) reporting formalities.
- FPS – Full Payment Summary
- EPS – Employers Payment Summary
- Provide Clients with employee payslips, summaries and HMRC PAYE liabilities.
- Provide ongoing support to our Clients.
Year-End
- Annual deadline for the Year-End process is 19 April.
- Produce and review year-end reports and reconcile to payroll figures.
- Deal with final FPS for online submission with HMRC.
- Generate employees form P60s
- Provide the Client with year-end summaries
- Provided the Employer with the P60s to be distributed by 31 May.
- Provide ongoing support to our Clients.
Payroll Scheme Set-Up
- Prepare and submit Payroll Application with HMRC.
- Set-Up the Business and Employees on our systems.
- Agree payroll requirements.
Auto Enrolment
- We advise our Clients where and how to create a Work Pensions Auto Enrolment scheme using authorises providers.
- Assess and set-up the correct employee worker category, taking into account whether the employee has opted in or out.
- Process the employee pension deductions when dealing with monthly payroll.
- Provide a pension output file for each month or period.
- This file can be uploaded into the pension providers portal.
- After 3 years the opt out employees are automatically opted back in, unless advised otherwise.
