- The Fee for all services is £175/hour + VAT.
- Existing Avar Clients will receive an automatic discount of 25%.
IT Consulting Service
- This involves analysing the IT requirements of your business and developing a strategy to implement.
- Once the system and infrastrucre has been established, our team can implement and execute installation.
On-Site Assistance
- We can visit your premises to assist in hardware and software installation.
- This is not only limited to IT as our experts can assist with many electronical devices.
- A call out charge based on distance from our office will be pre-advised before undertaking the work.
Remote Assistance
- This is virtual support available 24/7/365.
- The steps are:
- TeamViewer or AnyDesk will be installed by Clients for remote assistance.
- A remote session will be established.
- We can then work with you on your local machine remotely to resolve an issues.
