Modus Operandi
- All calls are recorded and a link to every call will be given to you, after dialogue.
 - In order to expedite the requirements, every enquiry will be asked whether they want Telegram to be installed.
 - Once this information has been collated, the senior partner will telephone you personally to discuss the requirements.
 
What happens next?
- Once the form is completed and submitted:
- You will be sent a copy of the acknowledgement form.
 - This will also be sent to a member of the Avar Team.
 - It will be acted upon, in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedure and Standard System and Procedure.
 - In this case, you will receive a call from one of the Directors.
 - We will complete our checklist of the services you require to enable us to provide a fee quotation, for your consideration.
