- The Approach to this Article is consistent with our Standard System and Procedure.
- Every Client is required to have a space in the “Cloud” to “Park” their documents.
- All Clients are required, in accordance with our General Rules of Engagement, to maintain and use a system for filing documents in a structured fashion.
- The fees quoted is based upon the assumption that this Standard System and Procedure is followed.
- Some Clients use iCloud and other means.
- One such system used by Clients is “Dropbox”.
Substance of Article
- This is highly efficient and ensures costs are kept down.
- It avoids the need to raise addition fees where this process is not followed.
- As a result, Avar will not take ownership or any responsibility for the Client’s document.
- This applies to before, during and after the engagement.
- Furthermore, every piece of work done and the documents generated by Avar is put on Telegram for the Client to manage.
- This is where information and documents are shared with Avar.
- The folder structure is mutually agreed and then setup with our Guidance including the following convention:
- “URN – Full Name – Accountants” .
- “URN – Full Name – SATR”.
- URN (Unique Reference Number) will be given to you by Avar on the outset.

- The remaining folders are mutually agreed.
- You are advised to download and backup your Telegram folders in a separate folder.
- This should be done at least monthly.
- In the event of disengagement you will be given 7 days to download all telegram history..
- Folders are a matter of your choice, other than the ones requested by Avar.
- Avar is willing to create all the necessary folder structure for “auto-pilot”.
- It is mandatory where Avar have retained as “Business Managers” that the folder is setup with your agreement to Avar requirements to maintain low costs.
