Communication protocol Implementation:
- On all matters regarded by you as VIP – telephone immediately to Avar, at any time (response time immediate)
- By Telephone meetings by appointment – Avar to instigate the telephone call – response time with 14 working hours at the latest.
- By Telegram – response time within 8 working hours at the latest.
- By SMS – response time within 4 working hours at the latest.
- By Response Emails – response time with 40 working hours at the latest.
- By Emails – Avar will only send emails, where necessary.
Service Level Changes:
- Avar will no longer be no longer continuing any “PARK” Services.
- PARK is a term for Primary Accounting Record Keeping more commonly referred to as “Bookkeeping”.
- It will only handle the year end matters whether Avar has been retained as Consultants,
- It will be concentrating and assisting Clients in problem solving and increasing their profitability.
