All documents are sent to Clients via Telegram as pdf attachments.

Why are calls recorded?
This is the principal part of the engagement process and is agreed with every Client.
It is inline with ICAEW as part of our ethics & clarity ethos.
It is necessary for our Professional Indemnity cover.
It allows both parties to establish the degree of culpability.
Essentially this is good practice as it enhances communication, avoids misunderstandings and eliminates acrimony.
It is in compliance with GDPR.
This speeds up communication and keep costs low.
Very little written notes are required (unless this has been requested and is absolutely necessary).
The Audio Recording System
A Link to the call recording will be sent by Avar on Telegram.
It is sent always together with a notification action is/may/not required and by whom and by when.
Where the action is required by you, unless stated otherwise the matter needs to be included within the duration agreed as part of the engagement, on both parties.
Unless it is adhered to, in the duration, the agreed financial penalty applies to both parties
